SAUCES - After deglazing your pan; •Hollandaise •Beurre Manié •Béchamel
ADD to Pasta, Risotto, Eggs, Quiche, all Vegetables, Especially Grilled Corn, Zucchini, Beets and a dollop to your Chowder or any Soup!

CRANBERRY SUZETTE HONEY BUTTER

SPREAD on Toast, Belgian Waffles, Pancakes, Crépes
ADD to Pie Crusts, Cookies, Brioche, Popovers, Tarts, Scones
GRILL - Peaches, Nectarines, Pineapples, Plums, Bananas and toss in softened Butter, Serve with Sorbets,
Make Crépe Suzettes (Cooks Magazine, Sept, 06 Issue pg. 22)
Use My Butter just add the Liqueurs.
